LEGAL / PRIVACY

Privacy, clearly explained.

How information is handled when you use Nsphere, upload references and create models.

Effective date: pending review

1. Usage analytics

Nsphere records first-party page categories, workspace-entry clicks, reference-review views and individual model download clicks to understand the customer journey. A random browser identifier is stored in local storage, and signed-in events can be linked to your account. These analytics events do not contain full URLs, query strings, prompts, images or filenames. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable this browser event collection. Account, generation and confirmed purchase records also support aggregate reporting.

2. Information we collect

Nsphere’s published privacy notice describes account and profile information, contact details, device information and usage data. The product also handles uploaded jewellery references, generated previews and models. A complete inventory and the purposes for each category are being reviewed.

3. How information is used

Information supports platform operation, account access, generation, support and security. The published notice also describes feature improvement. The final policy must clarify whether customer content is used for training or improvement; this draft makes no training-use promise.

4. Uploads and generated content

Your uploaded photographs and generated results are part of your saved workflow. The final notice must specify access controls, processing locations and how source files, previews and models are retained and deleted.

5. Service providers and sharing

The published notice describes sharing with service providers when required and sharing where legally required. Provider categories, processing purposes and any international transfers must be documented before this policy is finalised.

6. Retention and deletion

The published notice says information is retained as long as necessary. Specific retention periods, backup handling and applicable exceptions remain to be confirmed. Contact support with questions or a deletion request.

7. Your choices and contact

The published notice describes access, correction and deletion of account information. Contact info@nsphere.ai to ask about your information. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details.
