1. Using Nsphere
Nsphere is a jewellery design platform. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information and protect your account credentials. The contracting legal entity and eligibility requirements must be confirmed in the final terms.
2. Your uploads and generated outputs
Only upload content you are authorised to use. Rights to uploaded designs, permission to process them and rights in generated outputs must be stated in the final terms. This draft does not transfer ownership of your designs or establish a new output licence.
3. Previews, models and review
Review the prepared preview before generating a model. Generated outputs require inspection. Dimensions are uncalibrated; sizing, fit, openings and small details need checking before printing or manufacture.
4. Credits and payments
Successful previews and models are charged separately. Check the displayed price or estimate before starting an operation. Final rules for refunds, unused credits, taxes and changes to pricing must be confirmed before these terms are finalised.
5. Availability and account closure
The published terms describe a beta service that may contain errors or incomplete features. The final terms must explain suspension, termination and the treatment of saved files and unused credits.
